You just found out your pregnant, now what? It's easy to feel anxious and overwhelmed. I can help you, from finding a doctor, to navigating what questions are important to ask. We can look at what healthy nutrition looks like to support you and your baby. Assit you in planning your nursery. Decide what products should be on your registry. Help you find answers to any questions you may have. And much more!
PREGNANCY AND YOUR BABY
During your pregnancy, you may have lots of questions. Let me do the research for you, and provide you with the evidence based information you need so you can make informed decisions. This could be something simple like which car seat or bottles to use when baby arrives, to information about medical procedures and understanding the need for them. I also can help with nursery organization, postpartum plans, and just be here to listen. I am also available to help you come up with a Birth plan, or help you with referrals to Birth Doulas.
PREGNANCY COMPLICATIONS
Sometimes during pregnancy, the unexpected happens. There may be some complications, whether you are dealing with vaginal bleeding, preterm labor, preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, multiples, etc. Your doctor may order bedrest. Pregnancy is emotional enough, without the added stress. Probably not how you envisioned spending your pregnancy. I can help you! I am able to assist with anything you need during this difficult time. Haven't had the opportunity to organize the nursery yet? Kick back and direct me to what you need me to do. We can go over healthy eating habits and nutrition. Let me pick up groceries, meal prep, and fix healthy snacks that are easy to grab. Run errands so you can stay home with your feet propped up. Provide some light housekeeping, including laundry and dishes to make sure your able to follow Drs orders to keep you and your baby as healthy and safe as possible. Offer you support at the doctors office, as well as help you come up with a plan for any questions or concerns to address at appointments. I can also help you work thru your feelings by being here to listen and support you.
