Sleep is important to everyone! Let me help. I can help you and your family adjust to having your new baby at home. I provide daytime assistance for you to shower, nap, or spend some one on one time with your other children. Or I can be there for overnight hours, to help ensure you get adequate sleep to heal and rest. I follow the 7 steps of safe sleep, while developing great sleeping habits and routines for your little one. 

As your postpartum doula, my job is to assist you in the care of your newborn, whatever those needs may be. From bathing, diaper changes, making bottles, feeding baby, or bringing baby to you for breastfeeding. Or just rocking and soothing baby. Once baby is fed, I then can focus on getting baby settled so that you are able to relax and rest. Oh yeah, by the way, I also offer sibling support. Let me spend time with your other littles, so you can bond with your baby.

Let me help arrange and organize the nursery. This will help to make sure it is set up in the most efficient way to make your routine easier, and ensure your baby gets the best sleep possible. I can also help you determine if there are any items that you may benefit from to create a better sleep environment. 

A little overwhelmed with the additional laundry? Who knew such a tiny baby could dirty up so many clothes and blankets in one day. Allow me to do baby's laundry, including putting it away in the nursery for you. Pssst...I can also help with the family laundry, if needed.

Nutrition in the postpartum period is so important, not only for healing, but also if your breastfeeding, to promote milk production. We can come up with a meal plan together, and then let me pick up the groceries. I will do the meal prep and fix some easy to grab snacks.

These babies are very fragile and need extra care and monitoring. You may have lots of questions about what is going on with your baby. The medical professionals used terminology you didn't understand, or you need more information about it.  can do the research for you to provide the information you need, so you can make informed decisions. I am also your extra set of hands, to make sure both you and your baby have the support you need and deserve.
