Evidence based information, hands on care, and assistance as needed during your pregnancy.  Especially helpful for those experiencing pregnancy complications.

Hours and Days will be determined based on needs.  

$25/hr

Support and assistance you need during those first few days home after the delivery of your new baby, so you can recover, bond, and create a routine with your baby.

4-5 days per week/4-6 hour shifts.  For the first 2 weeks

$32/hr

You really want to take advantage of having hands on assistance and emotional support, as well as with household tasks, for your baby's first 6 weeks (or maybe more).  

3-5 days per week/4-6 hour shifts/first 6-8 weeks (days per week can be adjusted)

$30/hr

Support so you and your family can get adequate rest, hands on care with baby, assistance with light household task.

3-4 nights per week/8 hour shifts/2-8 weeks

$35/hr

All hours and pricing are subject to change.  Can be negotiated based on total number of hours scheduled.  Larger discount can be provided on the hourly rate for more hours scheduled up front
